Nolan Lamont Christman

      Nolan Lamont Christman, 83, of Powell, Ohio passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at the James Cancer Center, Columbus, Ohio.

     He was born in Calais, Ohio on July 31, 1935 a son of the late Grant and Maxine Stephen Christman.

     He was a retired manager for Columbia Gas, Columbus, Ohio.  Nolan enjoyed watching baseball and spoiling his grandkids.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Lee Barnett Christman on March 13, 1995; three brothers-in-law, Pete, Jack, and Jeff Barnett; two sisters-in-law, Kathleen Hannum and Barbara Biedenbach.

     Surviving are two sons, Lyndon (Marianne) Christman of Granville, Ohio, Eric (Brenda) Christman of Dublin, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Grant Christman, Bethany Cain, Clint Christman, Aundrea Noe, Sarah Isenhart, Ira Noe, Kyle Christman, and Natalee Christman; two great-grandchildren, Nolan Christman and Brock Cain; and a brother-in-law, Charles (Brenda) Barnett of Senecaville, Ohio.

     Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018.

     Burial will follow in the Eastern Cemetery, Summerfield, Ohio.
