          Connie K. Bishop, 62, of Wheeling, W.Va. (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at her home.

          She was born in Barnesville, Ohio on October 19, 1955 a daughter of the late Wayne and Wadna Moore Bishop.

          Connie was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family,traveling and fishing. She was a person who never met a stranger and was a friend to many.

          Surviving are one daughter, Danyel Dulaney and her fiancé Jon Kneupper of Houston, Texas; one son, Bruce W. Francis and his fiancé Heather Stollar of Wheeling, West Virginia; three brothers, Tim Bishop of Mantua, Ohio, Gary (Pam) Bishop of Woodsfield, Ohio, Steve (Kathy) Bishop of Woodsfield, Ohio; five grandchildren, Caleb Francis, Triston Curry, Drake Savu, Madison Kneupper and Tyler Kneupper.

          There will be no visitation.

          A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family.

          Memorial contributions may be made to the Monroe County Dog Pound c/o Ronda Piatt, 47137 OH-26, Woodsfield, OH 43793.

          Arrangements by Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
