          Trudy M. Robbins, 94, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the Arbors of Woodsfield, Ohio

          She was born in Uppolle, Germany on May 3, 1923.

          She was a former custodian for several area businesses and babysitting for numerous families. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church, Woodsfield, Ohio; a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Woodsfield, Ohio; and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, Woodsfield, Ohio.

          Trudy enjoyed sewing, crocheting, bowling, gardening, decorating for Christmas and spending time with her family.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James W. Robbins Jr. on February 15, 1997, two brothers, and one sister.

          Surviving are one son, Garry (Ruthann) Robbins of Woodsfield, Ohio; one daughter, Barbara (Earl) Haney of Woodsfield, Ohio; five grandchildren, Amy (Kevin) Winland, John (Sheena) Robbins, April (Greg) Dalton, Ashley (Mike) Piatt, Alex Haney; nine great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Kamryn Winland, Kyle Robbins, Alec (Cierra) Dalton, Tanner, Lucas, and Toby Dalton, Nate and Drew Piatt; one great-great- grandson, Samuel Dalton.

          Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 26, 2017 where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 27, 2017 with Pastor Rodney West officiating.
          Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery, Stafford, Ohio.

          Memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Gas Cards Inc. c/o Shirley Brown, 48397 Keylor Hill Road, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.

Barb, Earl, Garry, Ruthann: Our deepest sympathies go out to each of you and your extended families. It just seems as though no one can ever prepare you when the times comes; please take comfort in knowing that Trudy is now resting in the arms of our Lord, May fond memories bring you comfort during this hard time and in the days ahead…. Gary, Ruthann, Barb, Earl and family - was so sorry to hear about Trudy, I know she and Robbie spent a lot of time with mom and dad - they had many good times. They are all now together laughing and reminiscing. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
