          James Harold “Jimmy” Kuhn, 69, of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Thursday, January, 25, 2018 at his home.

          He was born near Lewisville, Ohio on December 29, 1948 a son of the late Leander O. and Genevieve E. Smithberger Kuhn.

          Jimmy was a retired laborer and a member of the former St. Joseph Catholic Church near Lewisville, Ohio. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards, and listening to bluegrass music.

          Surviving are six sisters, Rose Ann Pero of Scottsdale, Arizona, Rita Marie Kuhn of Cambridge, Ohio, Mary Joyce (Russell) Betts of Lewisville, Ohio, Carol Cecilia Kuhn of Woodsfield, Ohio, Lucy Marlene (Delmas) Betts of Lewisville, Ohio, and Elaine “Tootsie” Biedenbach of Lewisville, Ohio; three brothers Kenneth E. Kuhn of Lewisville, Ohio, Joseph F. Kuhn of Lewisville, Ohio, and Paul L. Kuhn of Cambridge Ohio; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; several great great nieces and nephews.

          Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home 37501 State Route 78 West Woodsfield, Ohio from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday January 30, 2018.

          Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 31, 2018 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio with Rev. Fr. David Gaydosik as the celebrant. Burial will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery near Lewisville, Ohio with full military graveside services conducted by the Guernsey County Veterans Council.

          Vigil services will be held at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
