Daniel “Dan” R. Cline, 71, of Everton, Missouri (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017.

He was born in Marietta, Ohio on April 1, 1946 a son of the late Mary Sivard Fulton.

Dan lived a life of variety and loved every minute of it. He was a jack of all trades and seemed to have his hand in a little of everything.  Dan was a past president of the Eagles; volunteered with the Everton Fire Department; was a deputy sheriff in Monroe County, Ohio; a dispatcher for the Ohio Highway Patrol; owned a service station; was a truck driver, and most recently worked for Bill Turner Farms.  Dan also worked with horses and cattle, but he especially loved anything that had a motor.  If it had a motor, Dan could drive it.  Dan will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife Jane Krieger who passed away in 2005, two sisters, Darlene Lucas, Mary Jane Lucas; and a brother, Darrell Cline.

Dan is survived by a son, Dale Cline and companion Angela Stover of Marietta, Ohio; a daughter, Danetta Knowlton of Lewisville, Ohio; step children; three grandchildren; Cole Dilts, Emily Knowlton, Hunter Knowlton; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Cline of Sardis, Ohio; a brother-in-law, George Lucas of Woodsfield, Ohio; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Lung Association, Donation Processing Center, PO Box 7000, Albert Lea, MN 56007-800.
