            Janet F. Perzel, 77, of Hernando, Florida (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Lecanto, Florida.

            Sher was born in Wileyville, West Virginia on May 13, 1940 a daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Moore and Mary Alice Ice Moore.

            Janet was a former factory worker and enjoyed painting, playing cards, and having coffee with her family and friends.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jody Lynn Carpenter; a brother, Roger Lee Moore, and a sister, Shelby Jean Preston.

            Surviving are three daughters, Marla Renee Kuhn of Kingston, Ohio, Angelia Kay Hupp of Woodsfield, Ohio, Misty Dawn Moore of Circleville, Ohio; four sons, Paul Richard Howell of Arizona, Randy Lee Howell of Beallsville, Ohio, Shane Franklin Carpenter of New Matamoras, Ohio, Shawn Carlos Carpenter of Hernando, Florida; three sisters, Rosalea Winland of South Carolina, Judith Gayle Speedy of Hannibal, Ohio, Hazel Ann Morris of Paden City, West Virginia; several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

            Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 where services will be held at 7:30 p.m.

            Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
