          Geneva Landefeld, 86, of Woodsfield, Ohio (formerly of Miltonsburg, Ohio) passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at the Monroe County Care Center, Woodsfield, Ohio.

          She was born near Stafford, Ohio on November 26, 1931 a daughter of the late Darwin and Beulah Day Kehl.

          Geneva was a bookkeeper for the former Landefeld Gulf Oil Distribution, Woodsfield, Ohio; a member of the Bush Church of Christ, Malaga, Ohio; a former 4-H advisor; a former Brownie and Girl Scout leader. She was a very special lady and enjoyed spending time with her family.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Emerson Landefeld on December 27, 1996; a sister, Garnet Bach; two brothers, Earl and Edsel Kehl.

          Surviving are three daughters, Deborah (Ron) Owens of Athens, Alabama, Barbara (Larry) Peck of Smyrna, Tennessee, Nancy (Jim) Connelly of Edgerton, Ohio; one son, Mark (Barbara) Landefeld of Woodsfield, Ohio; a sister, Darlene (LaVerne) Winland of Lower Salem, Ohio; twelve grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.

          Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2018 where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 with Kim McFarland and Ron Owens officiating. Burial will follow in the Miltonsburg Cemetery, Miltonsburg, Ohio.

          Memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Gas Cards, c/o Shirley Brown, 48397 Keylor Hill Road, Woodsfield, Ohio 43793.
