Alice Diane Gardner

Alice Diane Coe Gardner, 79, of Graysville, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021 at her home near Marr, Ohio.

She was born in Akron, Ohio on November 4, 1942, a daughter of the late Donald M. Coe Jr. and Dorothy Wilson Landrum.

She was a homemaker and was a landlord to various properties in the area. Diane was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ near Graysville and was also a founding and former member of the Bethel/Graysville Emergency Squad. She enjoyed reading, taking care of her cows, watching sports and spending time on her farm.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Madison J. Gardner; two sons, John D. Gardner and Kent E. Gardner; two step-sons, Ricky Gardner and Terry Joe Garner; step-mother, Lucille Coe; step-father, Paul Landrum; half-brother, Charles DeLong Jr; half-sister, Gay Meldrum.

Surviving are a daughter, Veronica “Vicki” Crawford of Bonita Springs, Florida and her companion, Cory Loughman; two step-sons, Reggie (Debbie) Gardner of Marietta, Ohio, Jeff (Wanda) Gardner of Graysville, Ohio; one brother, David Allan Coe of Ormond Beach, Florida; one half-sister, Cathy (Ed) Owen of Naples, Florida; two step-brothers, James (Jan) Coburn of Copley, Ohio, Mintor Ray (Dana) Coburn of Tucson, Arizona; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; multiple nieces, nephews and numerous friends who will all miss her.

Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday, December 12, 2021 where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 13, 2021 with Rodney Bettinger officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Graysville, Ohio.
