Bernard L. Biedenbach, 82, of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at the Adena Regional Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio
He was born near Lewisville, Ohio on January 22, 1938 a son of the late Edmund and Stella Miller Biedenbach.
He was a retired employee of the former Conalco Corporation, Hannibal, Ohio and was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio. He also honorably served his country as a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the VFW Post 5303 and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Woodsfield, Ohio.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and his dogs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Barnett Biedenbach on September 29, 2014; five sisters, Viola Burkhart, Clara Schumacher, Mildred Nau, Mary Francis Schoeler, Evelyn Wasilewski; and five brothers, James, Roger, Arthur, Norbert and Dennis Biedenbach.
Surviving are one daughter, Molly Biedenbach of Caldwell, Ohio; two sons, Brian Biedenbach and Kathy Coon of Chillicothe, Ohio, Brad Biedenbach; one brother, Donald (Rita) Biedenbach of Woodsfield, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
Abiding with the State of Ohio recommendations for social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic, a private visitation for family only will be held Monday, April 13, 2020 at Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio.
Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Cemetery, Lewisville, Ohio.
