C. Louise Randall

C. Louise Randall, 81, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Arbors of Woodsfield, Ohio.

She was born at Fairmont, West Virginia on August 19, 1942 a daughter of the late James and Arnett Wright Randall.

Louise was a former assistant account manager for Ohio Valley Regional Transportation Authority, Wheeling, West Virginia; a member of the First United Methodist Church, Woodsfield, Ohio and a member of the former Rolling Hills Ruritan Club.

She enjoyed reading and spending time with her dog, “Susie”.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, James, Edward, Gene and Richard Randall.

Surviving are a daughter, Vicki (Leo) Heavener of Woodsfield, Ohio; one sister, Marjorie Randall of Woodsfield, Ohio; two brothers, Rex Randall of Laings, Ohio and Ray Thomas Randall of Beallsville, Ohio; three grandchildren, Richard (Kelly) Heavener, Marcia (James) Scott, Leann (Travis) Helmick; four great-grandchildren, Christopher and Isaac Heavener, Spencer and Ava Helmick and her faithful dog, “Susie”.

Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, Ohio from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2024 with Rev. David Cottrell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Laings Cemetery, Laings, Ohio.
