Carla V. Laipply

          Carla V. Laipply, 58, of Summerfield, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at the Grant Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

          She was born in Wadsworth, Ohio on September 11, 1961 a daughter of Shirley Hartman Jennings who survives of Caldwell, Ohio and the late Jerry Jennings.

          She was an L.P.N. and former co-owner of the former Laipply’s Store, Summerfield, Ohio.

          She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling and her animals.

          In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Lee Laipply.

          Surviving are her husband Jeffrey Laipply whom she married November 19, 1977; one son, Jeffrey Laipply Jr. and his friend Tammy of Hamburg, New York; two daughters, Cristy (Jeremy) Clark of Cumberland, Ohio, Amanda (William) Baker of Summerfield, Ohio; a daughter-in-law, Michelle Laipply of Quaker City, Ohio; two sisters, Becky (Larry) Kominar of Belle Valley, Ohio, Cindy (Eric) Otto of Sarahsville, Ohio; one brother, Jimmy (Amy) Tippens of Toledo, Ohio; seventeen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild on the way.

          Friends will be received at the Brubach-Watters Funeral Home, 202 Main Street, Summerfield, Ohio from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2019 where funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Bill Pickenpaugh officiating.

          Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
