Cecil L. Crum, 66, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at the Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville, West Virginia.
He was born at Inez, Kentucky on September 1, 1958 a son of the late Willie and Goldie Young Crum.
Cecil was a former construction worker. He enjoyed woodworking and thrift shopping.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Norma Harrison, Opal Dalton, Joyce Henderson and Linda Peniz; four brothers, John Hickman, Paul Crum, Larry Crum and Thorton Crum.
Surviving are his wife, Penni Roe Crum whom he married on June 28, 2001; one daughter, Samantha Crum of Woodsfield, Ohio; one son, Jonathan Crum of Woodsfield, Ohio; one sister, Thelma Whitt of Campbellsville, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, Ohio from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025 with Pastor Herb Alexander of the Grace Christian Church, Woodsfield, Ohio officiating.
Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery, Stafford, Ohio.
