Charolette J. Morris

     Charolette J. Morris, 74, of Barnesville, Ohio (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at the Emerald Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center, Barnesville, Ohio.

    She was born near Miltonsburg, Ohio on June 5, 1946 a daughter of the late Otto George Burkhart Sr. and Murl Starr Burkhart.

     She was a former waitress and bar tender. She was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio.  She was also a former volunteer at the Crossed Paws Animal Shelter near Woodsfield, Ohio.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Carol Hunter, Doris Headley and Patricia Sharock; and a brother, Otto Burkhart Jr.

     Surviving are two sons, Neal Morris of Lancaster, Ohio, Kevin (Lou Ann) Morris of Bethesda, Ohio; one sister, Kay Robb of Barnesville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Kyle, Kyla, Kolby and Kendol Morris; one great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.

     Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Friday. December 18, 2020 where rosary services will be held at 7:30 p.m. where social distancing will be observed and facial coverings are encouraged.

     Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio with Fr. Tim Davidson as the celebrant. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio.
