Clara Jean Brits

Clara Jean Brits, 83, of Summerfield, Ohio passed away Monday, November 10 , 2025 at the Altercare Summit Acres Nursing Home, Caldwell, Ohio.

She was born at Pineville, Kentucky on August 30, 1942 a daughter of the late Jack and Virginia Lumkins Miller.

Clara was a former assistant manager for the Marriott Corp.

She was an avid quilter and ran a quilting business from her home for many years. She enjoyed spending time on her farm near Summerfield, Ohio. She also was involved in her community and enjoyed spending time with her awesome friends who were of great help and support for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Jack R. Miller and Samuel Miller.

Surviving are a nephew, David ( Tammy ) Miller Of Newark, Delaware, a niece Cathy Miller of Bonita Springs, Florida, several great nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or services. Abiding by Clara’s wishes a cremation will take place with  inurnment at the  convenience of the family.
