Dwight Brannon, 76, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Friday, February 24, 2023 at his home.
He was born at Coalgood, Kentucky on February 20, 1947 a son of the late Dink and Elsie Shell Brannon.
Dwight was a former employee of the Ormet Corporation, Hannibal, Ohio and a retired owner of Brannon’s Heating and Cooling, Woodsfield, Ohio. He was also a former U.S. Army Reservist.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Virgil Brannon.
Surviving are his wife, Jo Ann Brooks Brannon whom he married on January 14 1967; one daughter, Lori (Andy) Ring of Beverly, Ohio; one son, Doug Brannon of Woodsfield, Ohio; two sisters, Clara Carmichael of Tennessee; Retha (Frosty) Cunningham of South Carolina; three brothers, Roy (Sharon) Brannon of Woodsfield, Ohio, Gale Brannon of Alabama, Tom Brannon of Tennessee; three granddaughters and six great-grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. Following cremation, inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio.
