Edward Stanley Dieterich

     Edward Stanley Dieterich, 80, of Lewisville, Ohio passed away Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

     He was born in New Martinsville, West Virginia on February 12, 1938 a son of the late Ralph and Etta Tennant Dieterich.

     Edward was a retired employee of the Conalco Corporation, Hannibal, Ohio, a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2247, Woodsfield, Ohio.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Phyliss Wells Dieterich.  

     Surviving are his children, Eddie, Jill, Katrina, and Jackie; three brothers, Darnell and Gail Dieterich of New Martinsville, West Virginia, Ronald Lee Dieterich of Paden City, West Virginia; and several grandchildren.

     Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 9, 2018 with funeral services at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 10, 2018.

    A private burial will be held at the Mt. Hope Cemetery near New Martinsville, West Virginia.
