Elaine P. Lamberson

      Elaine P. Lamberson, 85, of Woodsfield, Ohio (formerly of Sardis) passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville, West Virginia.

     She was born at Dolgeville, New York on August 9, 1939 a daughter of the late Lester M. And Edna Mae Miller Newman.

     Elaine was a retired real estate agent. She enjoyed working outside and watching western movies on T.V.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Lamberson on May 30, 2021 and a brother, Lester J. Newman.

     Surviving are two nieces, Carol Cox of Hartville, Ohio, Leslie Cassetty of Uniontown, Ohio; special friends and neighbors, Vicki (Ron) Longwell of Sardis, Ohio.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 21, 2025 at Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
