Elson Lee Hinkle III

Elson Lee Hinkle III, 60, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025 at the WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

He was born at Bellaire, Ohio on January 28, 1964 a son of Elson and Phyllis Thomas Hinkle.

He was a former employee of Asplundh Tree Service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Hinkle.

Surviving are two sons, Elson Hinkle IV of Paden City, West Virginia, Travis Hinkle of Woodsfield, Ohio; one half-brother, James Thomas of Woodsfield, Ohio and six grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
