Emma Lea Shannon Williams stepped into heaven and was embraced by Jesus on October 1, 2025, in Woodsfield, Ohio. She was blessed with 66 years on this earth and lived most of her life in Graysville, Ohio. She grew up in Woodsfield, Ohio.
She is the daughter of Mary (Alvin) Bassett and the late George Shannon and the sister of Ross (Pam) Shannon and the late Roger Shannon. She adored her husband of 34 years, Randy Williams, her two sons, Travis (Kate) Williams and Jacob (Spencer) Williams. She loved spending time with her grandchildren Hadassah, Ansley, Selah, Jensen, Gia, Bennett, and Truett. She was known for her faith in Jesus and her gentle and kind spirit.
She enjoyed trail rides and traveling with Randy, reading books, cooking up a fantastic meal or pie, and hugging her grandkids. Most of all she loved her Savior Jesus. He walked with her through the past few years and even though Alzheimer’s took away her words, it in no way took away her faith in Him. We rejoice that she is with Him today.
