Glenn Tallman Obituary

Glenn E. Tallman, 80, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He was born in Woodsfield, Ohio on November 16, 1938 a son of the late Paul and Ona Piatt Tallman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Todd Tallman.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy Stephens Tallman and son Bart Edward Tallman of Columbus, Ohio.

Glenn was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Woodsfield, Ohio; a 1957 graduate of Woodsfield High School; attended Ohio University and the University of Pittsburgh. He also served in the United States Army during the Korea Conflict 1961- 1963. Glenn retired from PPG Industries Inc., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with 35 years of service in the Credit/Treasury Departments; was a member of the American Legion, Post #87; Loyal Order of the Moose #931; Monroe Lodge #189 F. & A.M.; Fraternal Order of Eagles #531; and the New Matamoras Shrine Club.

Cremation will be observed with no additional funeral services at this time. Inurnment will be held at the Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
