Helen R. Miller

     Helen R. Miller, 88, of New Matamoras, Ohio passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta, Ohio.

     She was born near Brownsville, Ohio on October 26, 1936 a daughter of the late John and Thelma Cline Buegel.

  Helen was a former employee of the Hoover Company, North Canton, Ohio and was a member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Woodsfield, Ohio.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Buegel and a sister, Ida Mae Thomas.

     Surviving are her husband, Dayle Miller whom she married on February 23, 1963; two sons, Richard (Lisa) Miller of Blacksburg, Virginia, Rodney Miller of Delroy, Ohio; two grandsons, Joseph Miller and Matthew Miller.

     As per Helen’s wishes, a cremation will take place with a graveside service to take place at a later date in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Caldwell, Ohio.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
