Jean L. Cline

                Jean L. Cline, 78, of Newark, Ohio (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark, Ohio.

                She was born at Bishop, West Virginia on January 19, 1942 a daughter of the late Henry and Ruth Rose Conley.

                She was a former nurse’s aide at the Nursing & Rehab Center, Woodsfield, Ohio and was a former bar maid at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Woodsfield, Ohio.

                In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

                Surviving are one daughter, Samantha (Mike) Shaner of Newark, Ohio; two sons, Darryl Shipp of Newark, Ohio, Edward Shipp of Woodsfield, Ohio; one sister, Shirley Lilly of Maryland; one brother, Jim Conley of Maryland; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

                Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78, Woodsfield, Ohio from 5:00 p.m-7:00 p.m. Saturday January 16, 2021 with services at 7:00p.m.

                Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.
