Joseph C. Haslam

     Joseph C. Haslam, 49, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Reynolds Memorial Hospital, Glen Dale, West Virginia.

     He was born in Bellaire, Ohio on July 1, 1971 a son of Brenda Greenlee Haslam Payne who survives of Waxahachie, Texas the late Joseph Earl Haslam.

     He was a carpenter by trade.

     Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Heather Talbot Haslam whom he married on March 1, 2017; his step-father, Charles Payne of Waxahachie, Texas; three daughters, Cassidy, Kristian, and Joelle; two sons, Joseph and Joel; one step-daughter, Katelyn Cox; three brothers, Jarrett Payne, Vernon Payne, Charles Payne; seven sisters, Joanne Higley, Jodie Binns, Kelly Davis, Courtney Terry, Jasmine McCoy, Jennifer Payne, Othilia Taylor; and four grandchildren.

     Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2020 with his step-father Charles Payne officiating.

     Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family at the Lakeside Cemetery, Waxahachie, Texas.
