Mary E. Parden

     Mary E. Parden, 28, of Belmont, Ohio (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at her home.

     She was born at New Martinsville, W.Va. on December 24, 1992 a daughter of Gary and Carla Ward who survive of Woodsfield, Ohio.

     She was a 2011 graduate of Monroe Central High School and was a graduate of Ohio University.  She was a former sales associate at Wal Mart in St. Clairsville, Ohio.  She enjoyed doing crafts and spending time with her daughter.

     Surviving in addition to her parents are her husband, William J. Parden whom she married on October 10, 2015. One daughter Aurora Brielle Parden of the home. One sister Lindsey (Chris) Regel of St. Clairsville, Oh., one brother Samuel (Meagan) Ward of Lebanon, Ohio, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

     Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 State Route 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday November 11, 2021 where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday November 12, 2021 with Doil Parden officiating.  As per Mary’s request, a cremation will take place following the service with inurnment at the convenience of the family.
