Myrna L. McCurdy Stovall

     Myrna L. McCurdy Stovall, 87, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Monroe County Care Center, Woodsfield, Ohio to join our Lord in Heaven.

     She was born in Woodsfield, Ohio on February 25, 1931 a daughter of the late Charles Morton McCurdy and Cora Lucinda Walters McCurdy.

     Myrna was a homemaker and was a people person who was on the go until the final weeks. She loved traveling around the country with her husband, Boone and especially enjoyed Alaska while Boone worked on the Alcan pipeline. She also was an avid reader, bingo player, she was a joy to be with and is already missed.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boone Stovall; a son, Boone Jr.; her siblings, Wilma Fox McIntyre, Eileen Shannon, Evagene Cecil Palmer; Charles McCurdy Jr. and Ralph “Bus” McCurdy.

     Abiding by her wishes, a cremation will take place with inurnment to follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio.
