Richard Lewis Patton

     Richard Lewis Patton, 76, of Circleville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at the James Cancer Center, Columbus, Ohio.

     He was born at Columbus, Ohio on March 18, 1947 a son of the late Lewis and Millicent Clouse Patton.

     Richard was a retired customer service representative for Mountain Bell Telephone Company and Qwest.

     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret “Peggy” Brenot and his partner, Bill Wittenbrook.

     Surviving are three nephews; Steve (Cheri) Brenot, Shawn Brenot, Timothy (Amber) Moore; several nieces; a great niece, Shannon Brenot and her daughter, Ryia Brenot; great nephew, Preston Harding and a step-daughter, Marla Kuhn.

     There will be no visitation. At Richard’s request, a cremation will take place with inurnment at the Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio at the convenience of the family.

     Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
