Shirley I. Pealer

Shirley I. Pealer, 80, of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at the Genesis Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio.

            She was born at Woodsfield, Ohio on May 12, 1940 a daughter of the late Ronald Thomas Ault and Ruth Conley Ault.

            Shirley was a retired employee of the former Ormet Corporation, Hannibal, Ohio and was a member of the Woodsfield Church of Christ, Woodsfield, Ohio. She enjoyed doing puzzles and visiting with her friend, Linda Buhrts.

            In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Demoine “Dink” Ault and a sister, Charlotte Ault.

            She is survived by a daughter Tresa Ide of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; two sisters, Janet (John) Haslam of Clarington, Ohio, Judy (Francis) Blackstone of Lewisville, Ohio; and a half-brother, Rick Smith of Marietta, Ohio; her dogs, Puppy and Rambo; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews; several great-great nieces and nephews.

            There will be no visitation or services. Abiding by Shirley’s wishes, cremation will take place with inurnment at the convenience of the family.
