William D. Ackerman

William D. Ackerman, 75, of Graysville, Ohio (formerly of Lorain, Ohio) passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025 at his home.

He was born at Sandusky, Ohio on May 18, 1949 a son of the late John Jacob Ackerman and Isabella Rocher Ackerman.

He was a retired production worker for the Ford Motor Co., Lorain, Ohio.

William was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and Don Ackerman.

Surviving are three sons, William Ackerman Jr. of Norwalk, Ohio, Stacey Ackerman of the home, Patrick Ackerman of Elyria, Oho; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation or service.

Inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Watters Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
